Fleur du Mal’s Return Policy:
Full-priced merchandise can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund.
Sale items may be returned for exchange or store credit only.
Items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ are final sale and are non-returnable. Returns made outside of our returns systems cannot be processed.
Fleur du Mal will accept returns on unworn merchandise with all original tags attached initiated within 30 days of your order shipping. Please note: items that have been tried on with direct skin contact which show any signs of wear will not be accepted. Signs of wear can include, but are not limited to, deodorant marks, pet hair, missing tags, odor or fragrance. We recommend always wearing your own underwear when first trying on your purchase.
Once your return is delivered, our team thoroughly inspects all items ensuring they are in new condition. This process can take up to 10 business days from the date your return is delivered back to us. If your return is accepted and you have not initiated an exchange, you will receive a notification of your refund or store credit via email.
Fleur du Mal reserves the right to refuse any return that is received worn, damaged, or does not comply with the aforementioned policies. In the instance that a return is received in unacceptable condition, your return will be canceled and the item will be shipped back to you via UPS ground shipping.
Fleur du Mal charges a $10 return fee on all returns for refund. Returns for store credit, exchange or ShopNow purchase are free.
DOMESTIC/U.S. RETURNS
A return shipping fee of $10 applies if items from an order are returned for a refund. Returns are free for returns for store credit, exchange, if or where ShopNow is utilized. For U.S. customers a prepaid UPS label will be provided to ship pieces back. Please note, we cannot be held responsible for returns shipped back without the prepaid label we issue.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Fleur du Mal offers international return shipping for a flat fee of $20. To organize an international return, please visit our international returns portal here. Provide your order ID and your email address to begin your return. We are not able to set up international exchanges at this time.
Please note, we cannot be held responsible for returns shipped back without the prepaid label we issue.
NOTES
Panty Packs, Silk Masks, Toys, Stockings, Bristol 6 Nippies and House of Waris Teas are non-returnable and final sale.
Web returns may not be made in either of our boutiques.
